I still say the easiest way to solve the illegal problem is to incorporate a renewable photo social security card. Just as with a drivers license it would need to be renewed from time to time. That would take away from employers using any excuses and being hit with large fines as well as the welfare agencies being able to have tangible proof that the person(s) recieving aid is real and qualified. Certainly this would cost billions to incorporate but the offset would save many more billions. |

TP, a social security card has already always been required so there is nothing NEW about it. True, but my social security card doesn't have my photo on it. Therefore, if instated, it would be new. I think I'm for the the idea of a new nationalized ID. I think you've touched on something here. |
