Beck Crowd

Posted in: Muscatine
So what specific lies are you talking about?
I had nothing specific in mind.   They're too numerous to count.   The grossly inflated crowd size would qualify for one.

How, specifically, did they "misinterpret" history.
One example is we are continually told about how our government and constitution were based on the Chrisrian religion.   This despite the constitution specifically saying the government and religion must be separate and also that "...no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification for any office or pulic trust under the United States"..
Did you count the
crowd?
No.
Do all of these things come from the same "reliable" source.
No.

Your irrational thought process is doing our side no good.

I didn't realize we were on the same side.   When did you join me?

Please show us exactly where in the constitution it requires seperation of church and state. Libs keep saying that and unless you have a new version of the constitution that someone besides our founding fathers wrote - it ain't in there. Until you can show us that exact place and wording in the document - don't quote that.

The concept of the separation of church and state is of legal and political principle several of the Founders believed.

The first amendment of the United States Constitutions states, and I quote, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof".....

I am quoting a listing on "bing": The term "separation of church and state" typically refers to a widely repeated LIBERAL falsehood about the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.  Then it quotes the "congress shall make. . . "

I repeat - it is NOT in the Constitution.
