If you shoot and kill and serial killer, is that "murder"?   According to our legal system it technically would be "murder".   Would it morally be what we consider "murder"?


I'm thinking it would be called self defense.

No it wasn't but I could not figure out another situation that you could find yourself in that would cause you to shoot them.
