I think it's probable that you do understand my world well, but find in inconvenient.   I believe the espousal of atheism is more of a "convenience" for you.

Just as your beliefs could be more convenient for you. Atheists believe in evolution, but that doesn't answer as many questions as creationism.

Humans have the idea of right and wrong imbedded in them by their own brains, as well as their upbringing and society. Atheists do good, not out of fear of reprisal, but because it's the right thing to do. We value family, society, culture, and, of course, freedom. That's not to  say all Atheist are good. There are bad apples in every bunch.
Hitler was a Catholic, and Jeffrey Dahmer said grace before he ate his victims.

  Lil, Kenn & maybe Nolah... I agree with your opinions.  Nedl...I agree with many of your posts...  NOT THIS ONE, DUDE!   There is not One person on this earth that is qualified to make a life or death decision for another person.  There are plans for that.  Whether you want to believe like Nolah or as Hiroad has said... God or no God...  there is a grand design.  If you believe in God, there is a purpose to our life & I think we all agree to some extent.  If Nolah is correct, there is still a grand design. 

 "Humans have the idea of right and wrong imbedded in them by their own brains, as well as their upbringing and society".  GOD DA** IT!    Here in America, We teach our children right from wrong... we have learned from our own parents'... right from wrong!  Whether we agree or disagree with a woman's choice, or the doctor's choice to end a pregnancy; or not?; those of us on earth are operating with only half of the picture. 

  None of us have the right to take an ABSOLUTE ACTION to end a living, breathing & contributing member of our world.   NEDL!  You have a right to judge & to state your opinion.   But to support & advocate a murder of another because they believe differently?  Come on... You can't control what your family & dear ones believe.  Should they be executed because of beliefs you can't control in the future?  How will you mourn, if their belief pattern doesn't match yours & something happens? 

  For the record... I have been up close & personal with this issue many times.  I CHOSE not to have one form of birth control, because it didn't stop a fetus from forming, but stopped a fetus from forming.  In MY own mind... it was wrong.  Unfortunately, not everyone has the luxury of making that decision. 

  If someone breaks into my home or threatens my family; I will Fight with everything that I have.  I have that right.  I do not have the right to plan and execute someone because of my beliefs.  That is what happened during 911.  The assholes that perpetrated that action had a belief as strong as the man that killed this doctor.  Do we really want to open this door, here in America & in our town? 

  Nedl, if you & others take this stance... that is where this, hypothetically, could go!  Don't support the radicals...  don't support the bleeding hearts!  Support what is right & wrong.  What do the 10 commandments say?  Thou shalt not judge, or committ murder.  It's not ok.

  It is not ok to kill another human being on this planet unless they are threatening you or your families life!  That man is not a hero... he is a terrorist, no better than the ones that continue to fight us.
