So, the city of Muscatine wants to put in stoplight cameras. Since I do my best to obey the stoplights, I don't see them having an effect on me. Some people complain that it's just a revenue generating idea, the city says it's just a safety promoting idea. I say it's both, but I just wonder if the city will then want to put stoplights back in at some of the intersections they removed them from over the past ten years, like at 8th & Cedar? Where else were there stoplights, but now are stop-signs?
