I would say the constitution says they can't do those types of stops. it's the elephant's trunk, and it just got in the door. there is restrictions on the government for a very good reason, and we have lost so many so far, when will it stop.

what happens when a country loses their freedom and a dictator takes over. Do you think it's all roses and ice cream, no it's terror and fear of you getting "profiled", is the fear of crime and terrorism so bad that you would give up your liberty to be safe. When you give up your liberty does your fear of crime and terrorism go away and everything is all right.

How about stalin, pol pot, mussolini, milosevic, marcos, pinochet, qaddafi, idi amin, mugabe, kim jong II, castro, al-bashir, juan peron, khomeini and franco. There are alot more, in fact history is full of dictators and brutal regimes, and that is the very reason for restrictions on our government.
It's not just this trunk in the door, but tons of trunks. they are going to deploy troops in American cities in November, they have created free speech zones, trying to get a national ID, pre-raids on protesters on the morning of the democratic national convention, they passed the patriot act, fisa, military commission act, bank bailouts, government motors, transparency in this administration, lie to start wars, spied on Americans, keep trying to shove socialist programs down our throat, they keep spending money like it grows on trees and they are not listening to what we want.
What about the fact that they apprehend very little in comparison to what comes across the boarder, that congress has a lot of free the illegals bills going thru congress and people give them pletty of work, so why not come here.
One question how did capone raise to power in chicago, prohibition. We feed these cartels in the south and the gangs all across america with our prohibitions. What about our school system is it the best in the developed world, no not even close. do we enroll illegals, yes we do. What about places like banks, housing rentals and other places that could refuse to do business with illegals but don't. we freaking print spanish on our government forms and you want an American to have to show his papers.
My family and many other's families have died fighting for your freedoms and you want to give them up cause you are afraid.
Do you think them great boys of WWII were afraid on D-day at Normandy. We could have surrendered to the japanese or the nazis, but would that have been better.
stop depending on a nanny state to take care of you. The constitution guaranties the pursuit of happiness but does not guaranty happiness. If you need a nanny state please feel free to move to one of the many nanny counrty already in operation and leave our country alone!!!!!! Good Day Sir
